About Everlab
Everlab is pioneering the next era of healthcare—one that prevents unexpected, undetected conditions from limiting our lives.
Our founding team ranges from the preventative health specialist who founded Australia’s first full-body MRI clinic, to serial entrepreneurs with $500M+ in exits and experience scaling unicorns.
We’re tackling high-impact healthcare challenges that have yet to be solved. If you're excited by a mission that’s not easy and want to work with exceptional people on meaningful challenges, Everlab could be for you.
The Role
This is a unique opportunity to join Everlab as an Operations Graduate —a high-trust, high-impact role designed for someone early in their career who wants to learn fast and make a real difference.
You’ll work closely with our operations, clinical, and product teams to help build the systems, tools, and processes that allow Everlab to scale. From designing SOPs to working with internal and external stakeholders, you’ll be in the engine room of a fast-moving healthtech startup.
We're looking for someone who is organised, thoughtful, proactive, and ready to take on whatever needs doing—big or small.
What You’ll Do
🛠️ Systems & Process Design
- Build and implement scalable systems, tools, and SOPs—especially across our customer support and back-office operations.
- Keep internal documentation up to date and easy to follow (we use Notion a lot).
- Collaborate with product, tech, and clinical teams to improve internal tools and workflows.
📊 Data & Insights
- Monitor and analyse operational performance metrics.
- Surface actionable insights to help the team move faster and smarter.
- Help maintain clean and reliable internal dashboards and data sources.
🤝 Stakeholder & Vendor Support
- Help manage and coordinate with third-party providers (e.g. pathology, radiology, logistics).
- Support onboarding and documentation for new partners.
- Ensure our external ops relationships run smoothly and stay aligned with our service standards.
🧩 Generalist Ops Support
- Jump into ad hoc projects across the business—logistics, scheduling, whatever’s needed.
- Keep key databases and tools (like Airtable) organised and up to date.
- Be a second brain and extra set of hands to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Who You Are
- A safe pair of hands—reliable, thorough, and trusted to get things done right.
- Naturally organised and detail-oriented—you spot gaps and fix them before they become problems.
- You take initiative—you’re curious, proactive, and don’t wait to be told what to do.
- You’re humble and helpful—happy to take on whatever needs doing, even the unglamorous stuff.
- You’re quick to learn—fast-thinking, eager for feedback, and ready to grow.
- You're comfortable with tech tools (e.g. Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets)—and excited to learn more.
- Bonus if you're interested in healthcare, startups, or operational design—but not required.
