About the Role
We’re hiring a Sales Lead to drive improvement across Everlab’s D2C sales performance. This is a full-time role for someone who is confident managing people, skilled with sales tools and CRM systems, and focused on measurable, sustainable results.
You’ll lead and support the team across coaching, operations, and enablement—bringing structure, clarity, and energy to the day-to-day. This is ideal for someone with a background in inside sales leadership, sales strategy, or sales operations, who’s ready to grow a team and scale a high-trust health offering.
Key Responsibilities
🔍 Sales Quality & Coaching
- Review team calls to identify underperformance, misalignment, or coaching opportunities
- Provide structured, personalised feedback to help reps improve conversations and close rates
- Define and maintain coaching frameworks to support consistency and growth
- Lead by example taking calls when needed to model best practice and stay close to customer needs
🧠 Hiring & Onboarding
- Lead the full recruitment process: screening, interviews, assessments, and offer recommendations
- Design and deliver onboarding for new reps, including tools, workflows, and call shadowing
- Run up-skilling sessions for the current team focused on talk tracks, objections, compliance, and conversion
📊 Sales Operations & Analytics
- Track and report on key metrics (e.g. contact rates, conversion, show rates, follow-up velocity)
- Flag risks early and work with reps to troubleshoot performance dips
- Support daily ops: deal creation, ownership updates, CRM accuracy, and lead reassignments
- Adjust working hours and rep schedules to reflect demand, volume, and capacity across the week
🔁 Continuous Improvement & Scaling
- Lead initiatives to improve call consistency, reduce no-show rates, and streamline workflows
- Build and maintain sales tools templates, scripts, talk tracks, and follow-up sequences
- Collaborate on hiring pipelines and assist in evaluating candidates through mock calls and live coaching
- Work cross-functionally to share insights with Marketing, Operations, and Clinical teams
🧩 Team Culture & Gamification
- Run regular rituals: weekly huddles, performance reviews, and pipeline debriefs
- Design sprint-based challenges, bonus competitions, and recognition systems to drive momentum
- Help create a collaborative, supportive environment where feedback flows freely and wins are celebrated
Who You Are
- 5+ years in a sales leadership role (Sales Lead, Sales Manager, or Head of Sales)
- Proven experience in inside sales ideally in B2C, healthcare, or other high-trust environments
- Analytical and outcomes-driven, with a strong grasp of sales KPIs and CRM workflows
- A hands-on operator who’s comfortable getting into the weeds when needed—jumping on calls, resolving blocks, or troubleshooting systems
- Collaborative team player who can work across Marketing, Product, and Ops
- Empathetic communicator with a coaching style that motivates and builds trust
- Passionate about health, longevity, and improving people’s lives through prevention
Bonus Points
- Familiar with tools like Aircall, HubSpot, Sinch and Notion
- Experience managing high-ticket or consultative sales representatives
- Strong network of sales candidates for future hiring
Compensation
We don’t believe in hidden salaries. We share compensation ranges upfront to respect your time, build trust, and ensure alignment from day one.
- 💼 Base salary: $100K – $120K AUD (depending on experience)
- 📈 OTE (On-Target Earnings): $160K – $180K AUD
