We’ve had a 23x increase in revenue since our Seed round raise of $15m in June 2025 making this an exciting time to join as our team. We work with immense amounts of data across a variety of modalities, including diagnostic radiology, pathology, and our ecosystem of partners and operational systems.

As we scale, the ability to turn that data into clear insight is becoming one of our most important capabilities. This role is a combination of Data & Analytics Engineering with the ability to build great Data models for the rest of the business to work from.

This is a full-time role, with 2 to 3 days per week in-office (Surry Hills, Sydney).

About the Role

This is a varied role for an exceptional Senior Data Engineer with strengths in Databricks, Data ingestions, pipelines, warehousing and data modelling. You will build our BI function from early stages, you're not building dashboards but the infrastructure for our BI to flow from

Here are some examples of the types of projects you would work on:

• Build business data infrastructure: understand the business requirements and then design and build the infrastructure and tooling for everyone to work from.

• Build product and growth analytics: set up the infrastructure we need to answer business questions from across our product and growth tech stack.

• Help train our AI models: we have custom ML models and LLMs powering everything from clinical support systems that help doctors predict interventions and diagnoses, to tools that extract data from outdated documents and formats.

What We're Looking For

Analytics Engineers with strong Data Modelling and Databricks who are strong at Data ingestion, pipelines and warehouse for Business intelligence.

• Proven BI engineer: 5+ years working as a BI engineer across a variety of problems that aren't always engineering ones.

• Truth-seeking: you care about getting the right answers and understanding the nuances of the data you're working with. You push others to find the truth, not the easiest answer, and can quickly get to the 80/20 of a question.

• Relentlessly resourceful: you aren't afraid to get in the weeds and know when and how to move fast with limited resources while still thinking strategically. You can find 30-minute solutions to 30-day problems, anticipate and work around obstacles, and deliver results in half the time most competent people think is possible.

• Unreasonably high standards: you hold yourself and those around you to standards so high, some think they're unreasonable. Whether it's setting ambitious goals, delighting customers, or scaling operations, you understand that excellence means caring about the details and always raising the bar.
