Everlab is pioneering the next era of healthcare proactive, personalised, and, most importantly, accessible to all.
We usually respond within two weeks
About the role:
As a Registered Nurse at Everlab, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality preventative care by combining strong clinical expertise with operational excellence and member support. You will act as a trusted clinical point of contact for members, helping them understand results, navigate next steps, and feel supported throughout their health optimisation journey.
This role blends direct clinical communication with behind-the-scenes clinical operations and workflow improvement. You will work closely with Everlab doctors and the broader care team to ensure care is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest clinical standards.
This is a fully remote role based in Australia. It’s ideal for a nurse who enjoys autonomy, values precision and process, and is motivated by improving how preventative healthcare is delivered at scale.
Responsibilities and scope:
Clinical review and escalations: Triage and review escalated diagnostic results and clinical queries. Communicate results to members in a clear, accurate, and empathetic manner, and escalate findings to Everlab doctors when required to ensure timely and appropriate follow-up.
Clinical operations and workflow development: Support the design, testing, and continuous improvement of internal clinical workflows and operational processes. Assist in implementing systems that improve efficiency, safety, and member outcomes.
Diagnostic preparation and documentation: Retrieve, prepare, and organise pathology, imaging, and diagnostic results for medical review. Maintain accurate, compliant, and thorough documentation of all clinical interactions and outcomes.
Member communication and education: Act as a trusted clinical contact for members, answering health-related questions within scope of practice and providing evidence-based education to help members feel informed, confident, and engaged in their preventative health journey.
What we are looking for:
Availability: Fully remote role based in Australia.
Clinical experience: Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse, with a minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience in a hospital, primary care, or specialist setting.
Strong communication skills: You can explain medical and diagnostic information clearly and empathetically, adapting your communication style to support member understanding and reassurance.
Process and detail orientation: You have a strong understanding of pathology results, clinical workflows, and multidisciplinary care, with a high level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Tech-savvy and adaptable: You are comfortable working across digital health platforms and operational systems, and enjoy contributing to process improvement and quality initiatives.
Professional and ethical practice: You are committed to clinical governance, confidentiality, and delivering safe, high-quality care.
Nice to have (not mandatory):
Experience in clinical governance, workflow or process development, or quality improvement
Background or strong interest in preventative health and longevity medicine
Experience working in telehealth or hybrid care environments
Working at Everlab:
Do work that matters: We’re building the future of preventive health. Use your skills to prevent disease, improve access to personalised care, and reduce pressure on the health system.
People you’ll love working with: A welcoming, mission-driven team of smart, thoughtful people doing meaningful work.
