Everlab is pioneering the next era of healthcare - proactive, personalised and accessible to all. We are looking for NZ doctors who want to be part of an international expansion team.
We usually respond within a day
About the role:
As a doctor with Everlab, you will be at the heart of our mission to transform healthcare through preventative and longevity-focused medicine. You will deliver high-quality, personalised care to members via telehealth, guiding them through a proactive, year-long health journey supported by Everlab’s multidisciplinary clinical and care coordination team.
This role combines clinical excellence, comfort with technology, and a passion for preventative health. You’ll work within a fast-growing health-tech environment where your clinical insight directly shapes our product, services, and the future of primary care.
This is a remote role based in New Zealand, with a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week and the opportunity to increase hours over time. It’s ideal for a doctor who enjoys autonomy, innovation, and meaningful impact without the constraints of traditional practice models.
Responsibilities and scope:
Preventative care delivery: Deliver comprehensive preventative health consultations via telehealth, supporting members across their year-long health optimisation journey. You will interpret diagnostic data, provide evidence-based recommendations, and guide members on lifestyle and longevity-focused interventions.
Clinical leadership and platform launch: Play a key role in leading the launch of Everlab’s preventative health platform in New Zealand, helping to establish clinical standards and shape the future of longevity medicine in a new market.
Technology-enabled care: Leverage Everlab’s novel clinical platform to streamline workflows, reduce administrative burden, and maximise time spent delivering high-quality patient care.
Collaboration and product development: Work closely with care managers, fellow clinicians, and the product team to continuously improve the member experience and evolve Everlab’s clinical offering. Your feedback will directly influence how our platform and services grow.
Service expansion: Contribute clinical expertise to the development of new preventative health programs and services, including areas such as perimenopause and menopause support, sleep, mental health, fertility support, and fat loss.
What we are looking for:
Availability: Minimum of 10 hours per week to start, with flexibility to increase over time. Fully remote, based in New Zealand.
Strong communication and consultation skills: You communicate complex health information clearly, confidently, and empathetically, helping members feel informed, supported, and empowered.
Preventative health mindset: You are passionate about preventative health, lifestyle medicine, and longevity, with a strong interest in Medicine 3.0 principles.
Tech-savvy and operationally minded: You are comfortable working in a tech-enabled, remote environment and conducting telehealth consultations using video conferencing tools. You enjoy improving processes and embracing innovation in care delivery.
Ownership and autonomy: You thrive working independently, take responsibility for outcomes, and are motivated to help reshape traditional healthcare models for the better.
Qualifications and registration:
Full registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand
Current Medical Indemnity Insurance
Confident interpreting diagnostic data and delivering preventative care recommendations
Nice to have (not mandatory):
Experience implementing health technology solutions
Practice ownership or business management experience
Fellowship of RNZCGP
Membership or Fellowship with the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine (ASLM)
Working at Everlab:
Do work that matters: We’re building the future of preventive health. Use your skills to prevent disease, improve access to personalised care, and reduce pressure on the health system.
People you’ll love working with: A welcoming, mission-driven team of smart, thoughtful people doing meaningful work.

About Everlab
Everlab is building the health platform of the future. We exist to deliver personalised, preventative healthcare at scale, using advanced diagnostics, AI, and real clinicians to help people live longer, healthier lives.
Today, we offer Australia's most comprehensive health assessment: 100+ biomarkers tested across bloods, imaging, and physical diagnostics, reviewed by a dedicated longevity doctor, with personalised protocols to act on the findings. We re-test every 6 months. We are not a 12-week programme. We are your health partner for life.
We are a medical company that owns the infrastructure: the technology, the clinics, the clinical frameworks, and the patient experience end to end. Our AI copilot augments 180+ clinicians. Our platform coordinates 33+ diagnostic services, 1,850 partner providers, and 30+ wearable integrations. Real doctors today. AI doctors tomorrow. Same clinical frameworks.
Our founding team includes serial entrepreneurs with $500m+ in exits and a Chief Medical Officer who left surgical training to build what he believes healthcare should be.
We are hiring people who want to do the most important work of their careers. The problems are hard. The pace is fast. The mission is real: deliver as much health, for as many people as possible, at the lowest cost.
If that excites you, we would love to hear from you.
Our team works in a hybrid model, with three days per week in the office. We are based in Sydney in Surry Hills and in Melbourne in the CBD.
