About Your Role
Everlab is building the future of preventive health — helping people take control of their wellbeing before problems arise. We’re a fast-growing healthtech startup backed by leading investors, and we’re looking for a hands-on Performance Marketer to scale our digital growth engine.

What You'll Do
- Manage and optimise large-scale performance budgets (up to $500k/month),
- Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across Meta, programmatic, and emerging digital platforms,
- Drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion through creative experimentation and performance insights,
- Partner closely with product and brand teams to deliver high-performing creative that converts,
- Analyse and report on campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and clear ROI visibility, and
- Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and audience trends to keep Everlab’s growth edge sharp.
What You'll Bring To The Team
- 3–4+ years’ experience in performance marketing — ideally from a top agency or a high-growth company managing significant budgets,
- Proven success with Meta Ads, programmatic campaigns, and creative-led performance marketing,
- Strong analytical mindset — you’re fluent in ROAS, CAC, LTV, and A/B testing,
- Ability to move fast, iterate faster, and communicate clearly in a Slack-first, hustle-driven culture,
- A bias for action: you own your results, thrive under pressure, and deliver outcomes — not excuses.

Our team is hybrid with 2-3 days a week in office, within the CBD of the job's posted location.
