Group Product Manager
Everlab is pioneering the next era of healthcare proactive, personalised, and, most importantly, accessible to all.
We usually respond within a week
This role is based in Sydney with 2-3 days a week in office in Surry Hills.
Why this role exists:
Everlab is building the platform to look after people’s health for their entire lives. Not just an app, but the infrastructure to connect every available healthcare service, give people comprehensive data on their health, and deliver truly personalised care.
We’re growing extremely fast, the team is still lean, the problems are genuinely hard, and we’re about to scale, locally and globally. This is the moment to join.
That sounds like a technology company. It is. But it's also a clinical company, an operations company, and a member experience company - all at once. The product decisions we make don't just change a screen. They change a clinician's workflow, a member's health journey and an ops team's capacity.
We’re hiring a Group Product Manager who thrives in that kind of complexity. Someone who can hold the full picture - customer experience, design, clinical, commercial, operational, and technical - and turn it into a coherent product strategy across multiple domains. This person will own several product areas, set the bar for how product work gets done at Everlab, and be the connective tissue between what we build and what actually happens in the real world.
This isn't a role for someone who's only ever shipped software to engineers and designers. We need a product operator, someone who knows that the gap between a deployed feature and a real outcome is bridged by people, processes, and cross-functional coordination.
What you'll do:
Own product strategy and execution across multiple domains Set the vision and roadmap for 2-3 product areas (e.g. clinical platform, member experience, diagnostics coordination). Define what we build, why, and in what order - grounded in member needs, clinical outcomes, and commercial impact. Make the hard calls about what we don't build.
Drive cross-functional outcomes, not just shipped features Work across engineering, clinical, operations, design, and growth to ensure what we ship actually delivers the outcome we intended. Own the full spec-to-impact lifecycle - problem framing, solution design, delivery, adoption, measurement, and iteration. Shipping isn't done until members and clinicians are getting value.
Raise the bar on taste, delight, and the tiny details Have strong judgement around what "good" looks like - from microcopy to flow, from defaults to edge cases. Sweat the details that make the experience feel effortless and trustworthy, and ensure quality is consistent across channels (app, comms, clinician experience, ops tooling).
Navigate the clinical-commercial intersection Many of our product decisions sit at the boundary between clinical duty-of-care and commercial opportunity. You'll need to reason through these tensions with nuance - ensuring we do right by our members while building a sustainable business.
Set the standard for product work at Everlab Define how we frame problems, write specs, make prioritisation calls, and communicate decisions. Coach PMs and cross-functional partners to think in outcomes, not outputs. Build the rituals and frameworks that make good product work repeatable without killing startup speed.
Be the bridge between leadership and execution Translate company strategy into product plans that teams can act on. Communicate trade-offs, progress, and risks to founders and leadership with clarity and conviction. Your specs and briefs should be CEO-readable. Your roadmap decisions should be defensible with evidence.
Get your hands dirty At Everlab's stage, the Group PM isn't above the work. You'll jump into a clinical workflow to understand why a feature isn't landing. You'll dig into Hex or PostHog to answer your own questions. You'll write the spec when it needs writing and unblock the team when something's stuck.
What you'll bring:
Experience & background
7+ years in product management in Startup or Scale up environments, with at least 2 years owning multiple product areas or teams
Demonstrated experience in healthcare, operations-heavy, or regulated environments where product success depends on more than just software - where operational, clinical, or physical-world outcomes matter
Track record of driving cross-functional initiatives across engineering, operations, clinical, or similarly complex stakeholder groups - not just "collaborating with" but resolving real tensions between competing needs
Hands-on experience with analytics and observability tools (e.g. Hex, PostHog, Datadog, or similar) - you ground decisions in evidence, not just instinct
Experience mentoring or managing PMs
Skills & mindset
You have excellent product taste. You can articulate what "delight" means in a healthcare context, and you know when small experience improvements compound into trust, retention, and better outcomes
You have judgement around quality and craft - you notice the sharp edges, inconsistencies, and confusing moments others miss, and you drive teams to fix them
You instinctively ask "what happens downstream?" before you ask "what should we build?" You think about the clinician mid-consult, the ops team at scale, the member who didn't open the email
You can hold clinical, commercial, operational, and technical considerations in your head simultaneously and make a call - even with incomplete information
You write with clarity. Your specs, briefs, and updates don't require a follow-up meeting to understand
You're data-informed but not data-paralysed. You know when to run an experiment and when to just make the call
You build systems and frameworks that make good work repeatable, but you know when to stay scrappy
Who you are
A product operator, not just a product builder. You've worked in environments where the product only succeeds if the operations, clinical workflows, or real-world processes around it also work
Someone with strong convictions loosely held. You'll advocate for a direction, but you'll change your mind when clinical or operational reality pushes back
You're energised by the intersection of hard problems, not frustrated by them. The fact that a single product decision touches engineering, clinical safety, member experience, and Medicare billing isn't a headache; it's the puzzle you want to solve
You've read the room in a cross-functional meeting and changed your approach mid-sentence. You know that alignment isn't about being right - it's about building trust
You genuinely believe that preventive health can be better, and you want to be the person who makes it so

About Everlab
Everlab is building the health platform of the future. We exist to deliver personalised, preventative healthcare at scale, using advanced diagnostics, AI, and real clinicians to help people live longer, healthier lives.
Today, we offer Australia's most comprehensive health assessment: 100+ biomarkers tested across bloods, imaging, and physical diagnostics, reviewed by a dedicated longevity doctor, with personalised protocols to act on the findings. We re-test every 6 months. We are not a 12-week programme. We are your health partner for life.
We are a medical company that owns the infrastructure: the technology, the clinics, the clinical frameworks, and the patient experience end to end. Our AI copilot augments 180+ clinicians. Our platform coordinates 33+ diagnostic services, 1,850 partner providers, and 30+ wearable integrations. Real doctors today. AI doctors tomorrow. Same clinical frameworks.
Our founding team includes serial entrepreneurs with $500m+ in exits and a Chief Medical Officer who left surgical training to build what he believes healthcare should be.
We are hiring people who want to do the most important work of their careers. The problems are hard. The pace is fast. The mission is real: deliver as much health, for as many people as possible, at the lowest cost.
If that excites you, we would love to hear from you.
Our team works in a hybrid model, with three days per week in the office. We are based in Sydney in Surry Hills and in Melbourne in the CBD.
