The role
Everlab’s first dedicated Clinical People and Culture Lead. This person will own the clinician experience end-to-end — from building the systems that scale us from 100 to 1,000+ doctors, to being the trusted human in the room when a doctor needs help. You will shape clinical culture, manage the operational machinery of our doctor network, and free up clinical leadership for strategic work. There is no playbook handed to you. You write it.
Scope & seniority
Reports to: CMO
Level: Manager
Scope: Full doctor network — rostering, relations, culture, pay and performance
Location: Melbourne or Sydney (Hybrid)
What we’re looking for
Five things matter most for this role. If these sound like you, we’d love to talk.
🏨 Hospitality mindset
You think about the doctor experience the way a great hotel thinks about its guests: every touchpoint matters and people should leave every interaction feeling better than when they started. You own the doctor journey end-to-end — from the moment someone joins to the ongoing rhythm of check-ins, events, and recognition that keeps them engaged and proud to be part of Everlab.
Examples: doctor onboarding programs, 90-day check-ins, team events and forums, recognition initiatives, offboarding experiences
📅 Project management
Comfortable running 5–10 projects in parallel without dropping the ball. You scope clearly, set milestones, flag risks early, and bring things home. You don’t need to be chased — you’re the one doing the chasing.
Examples: LMS rollout, rostering system redesign, 90-day review cadence, onboarding playbook, pay process implementation
🧠 Emotional intelligence
Doctors trust you. You build genuine relationships quickly, navigate difficult conversations without losing the relationship, and know when to push and when to listen. You are the person doctors come to when something is wrong — and they leave feeling heard. You can also hold a high bar: conduct issues, underperformance, and exits are handled with care and authority.
Examples: retention conversations with at-risk doctors, conduct and performance management, contractor vs. employee tensions, supporting doctors through difficult periods
🏗️ Builder mentality
You see the gaps before they become problems and replace ad-hoc processes with systems that scale. At Everlab, you are building infrastructure for a doctor network 10x its current size. You are energised by that, not daunted by it.
Examples: clinical operations playbook, scalable roster framework, credentialing and compliance workflows, contractor management systems
⚖️ Operational rigour
Comfortable with the details. Pay is accurate and on time. Data is visible. Nothing falls through the cracks. You bring structure to a fast-moving environment without slowing it down.
Examples: doctor pay calculation and reconciliation, leave and absence tracking, AHPRA credentialing, payroll coordination with finance
The right mindset
This is not a role for someone who wants to manage a steady-state practice. The right person is energised by scale, defaults to building when others would default to managing, and is as comfortable designing a system as having a hard conversation with a doctor. They see clinical people management as a lever for excellence — not just an administrative function.
What’s next?
A member of the team will be in touch within the next 7 days to outline next steps.

We are a medical company that owns the infrastructure: the technology, the clinics, the clinical frameworks, and the patient experience end to end. Our AI copilot augments 180+ clinicians. Our platform coordinates 33+ diagnostic services, 1,850 partner providers, and 30+ wearable integrations. Real doctors today. AI doctors tomorrow. Same clinical frameworks.
Our founding team includes serial entrepreneurs with $500m+ in exits and a Chief Medical Officer who left surgical training to build what he believes healthcare should be.
